Has the Bobblehead Reroll Issue Been Addressed?

I sought clarification on the issue of rerolling, as the bobble does leave it ambigous as to if I can cause the rerolling of a die that another has rolled.

The response given in the thread above seems half-hearted, it would be nice to get solid confirmation on just how munchkinishly this little fellow be used.

You can reroll any die that YOU YOURSELF rolled. If we'd meant that you could reroll a die for someone else, we would have made that explicit.

Did you notice there's a 3rd page of responses? I specifically speak to SJ's own response to my queries on this particular issue without any ambiguity and a whole heart. . . :-)
