Yes. In other words, it was "moved" :^) The material wasn't removed out of the magazine, after all.

I said what I said about the fluff content thinking maybe a part of the background info was cropped, but that was a small (and out of place) concern mine based in my special reading of Rev's earlier post: I merely was thinking about what could have been cut out from the original article! (nothing)
