OK, I'm Ready: A device you own "warms up" in half the required time, making it ready for use that much sooner. This could be a computer that you've set to boot up quickly, a car whose engine doesn't mind cold weather, or some other such minor convenience. Only one such device may be covered by this Perk.

Well, in our culture giving orders naked might carry a penalty that more than ofsets this +1 ;-)

I dunno. If I was fully armed and armored and from the other side came a naked dude screaming challenges and cutting people apart, he'd be the last guy I'd even think about picking a fight with.

Of course, that probably has more to do with the fact that he's badass enough to fight in the nude in and win rather than the size of his member. But if I have to feel self-conscious in addition to getting cut to pieces by a naked warrior, that's just salt in an open wound.
