The Book of Null was pretty cool. It had the sort of nihlism that evoked the cults of Tharizdun. It might be even better had it had some DF options to power them up. Maybe some sort of entropy or anti-magic jet and claws that drain the life magic from people, In any case it was very cool and creative.

I wasn't thinking of power ups at the time. I was more imagining them being knife-wielders who slipped up behind their targets and had at it. But there's something to be said for anti-magic weapons and rays >:D moo hoo ha ha.

So far, I'm not very far into this issue, but I have noticed several typographical errors. Nothing truly bad, but somewhat distracting.
However, this promises to be a really awesome issue. So far, everything I've read has been great. Ben

All I can say is "RED DIABOLISM" and "gobsmacking".
I missed this article on the first read. My loss. I have been first buidling, and now running a campaign for about a year now. As the planning, drafting and writting progessed, I would get to a point and leave myself little notes on the lines of 'Need not too evil NPCs' or 'need a really nasty MacGuffin' etc. Each one of these little notes has been dealt with by an article in Pyramid. The Bricks of Maruk. Check. The Crystal Mountain in the dimensional pocket thingy. Check. And then this week, my train was running late, powered up the laptop, and spent the entire journey picking about the Red Diabolism article. Twas good, lots of 'coming at you sideways', and generally scary. Mr Gellis has helped me immensely.
