I'd probably start from the Energy Accumulating variant for that. All you really need to do is add a way to hold onto the accumulated energy for a long period, say:

Spell Cistern 10 points/level
This advantage allows you to "hold" the energy accumulated for a ritual indefinitely. Normally this requires continued concentration, which prevents you from doing much else. A Spell Cistern is effectively a single purpose Compartmentalized Mind, to which you can hand off the task of "concentrating" on holding a ritual, which it can do flawlessly. Each level allows you to hold one ritual (of any size), and shift it back to your primary conciousness at will.

Voila, spell memorization substitute - accumulate the energy, hold it in one of your limited number of spell slots and cast it later with the usual process brief (Thaumatology is somewhat unclear on the official version, either 1 second or 1d+1 seconds) release process.
