It's also a good case for why some characters on disability pensions should have some kind of disadvantage, because other people tend to suspect them of just being lazy (regardless of whether they are lazy, or are truly disabled), because the disability is either not visible, or else hard to understand.
Social Stigma is not good for that purpose, though. What about Reputation, limited to a fairly small circle of people?
