How about these two?
Red unz go fasta! Any vehicle you drive gains +10% acceleration and top speed (round up) so long as it is painted mostly red. Moar Dakka! Any firearm you use gains +20% (round down) to it's Rate of Fire, but you must make a Will roll to use less than the maximum number of shots. |
