Yeah, except that's not how the example in UT work. The book is quoted above, it says that 1000 yards of haze would give 10 DR due to every 100 yards of haze giving -1 vision penalty. This was then made out to prove that light haze would give 1 DR/yard when
that is explicitly not the case in the example we are given in Ultra-Tech. So, the numbers provided by munin himself are self-consistent, but they do not match up with the example from UT he quotes in the same post. Therefore, the numbers do not match up.
