I agree on the armour divisior of the Assault Cannon.
The damage for the Power Fist was tuned down because I thought it would be enough.

For the power fist 6d+2 does and average of 23 damage. Even with a /10 against DR200, that's only 3 damage. With HP120, that's going to take a lot of hits even if none of them are defended.
