Good stuff there. I'll look through my own template and review it with some stuff from yours. Meanwhile, here's an updated file. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=E9QW5T0B We've got all the guns we've covered so far, Chainsword, Power weapons, Powerfists etc., and the Crozius, ALL Imperial Armour (Flak, Carapace, Power Armour, Terminator), Forcefields, Storm & Combat Shields, and more gear (Rosarius, Iron Halo, Refractor Field, Melta bombs, Krak & Frag). I've of course blatantly stolen what I needed from your guys. :) Still need to stat the Meltagun, Multimelta, Plasma Pistol, Plasmagun, Plasma Cannon, Missile Launcher, Grenade Launcher, Flamer, Heavy Flamer, Sniper Rifle and Shotgun. Obviously, some of these are easier than others, and some of you guys have covered some of them pretty well, so I'll be stealing from you again. :) On another note, I'm thinking of perhaps adding a Catachan-style Flak Jacket (Sv 6+). How would you go about statting that? Would it be a TL7-8 Flak Jacket? |

It also mounts up to four Hellstrike missiles or four bombs. Autocannon: 6dx6 pi++ with a 2d [2d] cr ex follow-up Lascannon: 6dx20 (2) burn Hellstrike Missile: Not sure about damage here but they are essentially larger versions of the Krak missile (which hasn’t been statted yet). Notes: Tossing science and natural laws out through the window (which is OK because this is WH40k); the aircrafts have a high DR. I’ve been using the official stats of armour protection here, but since I only know about the thickness and nothing about the composition of the armour, DR might be lower (but again; this is WH40k). Further notes (Weapon Damages): I've been trying to figure out how much damage it [Lascannon] would do by comparing it to other weapons in WH40k. Changing my own damage for the 125mm Battle Cannon to 6dx16 would be more appropriate. In WH40k it has a S value of 8 while the Lascannon has a S value of 9 (which is the same as the Earthshaker cannon). According to my calculations a Earthshaker would to something close to 6x20 in damage, so I used that as a guideline. The Laser Destroyer Cannon would probably be close to 6dx40. I'll add a table with some sample vehicle mounted weapons and their damage stats here: Battle Cannon (125mm): 6dx16 (2) pi++ Conqueror Cannon (100mm-ish): 6dx13 (2) pi++ Vanquisher Cannon (125mm): 6dx19 (5) pi++ Earthshaker Cannon (132mm): 6dx20 (0.5) pi++ with a linked 6dx7 [7d] cr ex Laser Destroyer Cannon: 6dx40 (2) burn Lascannon: 6dx20 (2) burn Autocannon (40mm): 6dx4 pi++ with a linked 2d [2d] cr ex Autocannon (Long-barreled): 6dx6 pi++ with a linked 2d [2d] cr ex Demolisher Cannon (150mm-ish): 6dx15 (0.5) pi++ with a linked 6dx8 [8d] cr ex Mega Battle Cannon: 6dx23 (2) pi++ Volcano Cannon: 6dx60 (2) burn Siege Cannon (Hellhammer Cannon): 6dx30 (0.5) pi++ with a linked 6dx23 [15d] cr ex Last edited by PPoS; 11-01-2009 at 01:30 PM. |

The Power Fist won't be capable of doing any significant damage to vehicles. The divisor makes it really nasty against infantry but it just doesn't have the raw damage to take out anything with a lot of HP (tanks or another dread).
