Wow, I didn't know how I missed your previous reference to Powers. In any case, i'll be trying to stat out this sucker sometime over the weekend. The size (Bulk) and weight will be tricky.

Eh, I'd probably design it with Powers in any game I used it in.

Maybe "Magery (Uses Guns (Caster) skill, Gadget Limitations, With Specially Designed Cartridge Ammo Only)?" Then buy the Caster Gun as Signature Gear for a little plot protection.

Then I'd have NPCs make and sell the cartridges as "Scroll" items, maybe with some of the changes from Thaum p107.
