Questions about Cleric and Transferral Potion

If I'm a Cleric and kill a monster with a helper I will draw X tresure cards face up. Can I use Ressurection to fish the top card from the tresure discard pile? Is this the only way to use Ressurection to access the tresure discard pile?

Upon using the Transferral Potion I have to loot the room after combat. I'm guessing using Transferral Potion counts as having encountered a friendly monster and so I have to draw a card from the Door pile right?
