Multiscreen vision- with each level of this perk, you can pay attention to an additional monitor/television screen etc, without suffering multitasking penalties.

I'd make it closer to 50 percent myself -- "Only on the full moon" is 40 percent, which is about 3 days out of every 30 (10 percent of the time) as opposed to 1 hour out of every 24 (a little under 5 percent of the time).
But to the larger point -- yeah, still a bit powerful for a Perk. I like it for a minor advantage, though, especially when paired with a much-toned-down version of Absolute Timing: Human Alarm Clock: You wake up at the same time, every day, without fail. This is local time -- if you're from Chicago and your internal "wake up call" is set for 6 a.m., traveling to London does not mean you start waking up at noon instead! This time cannot be reset; that requires Absolute Timing.

Magical Exorcisms- The Exorcism skill is assumed to involve divine intervetion, but this perk makes it available to a mage.

How about 50% chance for increase of +1 in IQ, in hour before dawn, but must first have a cup of coffee.

Or a still more toned-down version of the "early bird" ability:
Inspirational Dreams: Great ideas come to you in your sleep, but you have to grab them fast or they're gone. You get +1 to the first Intelligence-based or Perception-based skill you attempt on waking ... but only if you start the skill attempt within 10 minutes of waking up. The bonus lasts until the skill use is complete or one hour passes, whichever comes first.

Even if you go for a 'when the moon appears full' reading (Rather than an 'on the night of the full moon' reading), it's still 36 hours of those three days rather than the full 72 hours, so 5% of the time, because from a perception-based model, it's only during a full moon/new moon at night. (Even in works where werewolves transform on three consecutive nights, whoever heard of a moon-triggered werewolf transforming during the day? Comedy interpretations involving photographs of moons aside.) |

Snappy Comeback: You have mastered the art of the stinging comeback. You may riposte any insult immediately and without really thinking about it; you simply know the right quip to use. Note this does not defend against Rapier Wit; you may deliver a comeback to a RW attack, but you will still suffer the effects (stunning, etc.)
You Said It! You always know the right thing to say and have the appropriate quote, maxim or anecdote for any situation. Especially useful at toasts and funerals.
