[RULES] Affliction / Innate Attack skills

1.- Affliction needs skill to use as Innate attack?

2.- I need a separated skill Innate Attack for each Innate Attack i have? Example, i have Flametrower, Plasma Beam and Electrical beam, i need 3 skills or just one: Innate Attack (beam)?

3.- If my attack do not fire from hand, mouth or eyes, but from my chest, i can create specialization Innate Attack (chest) right?
