But after all he's trying to defend the Broad-Minded Quirk as an objective virtue providing benefits in a one-way manner, etc, for turning it into an odd sort of Perk. Hence his clash with the rules -and with reality. Figleaf23 just isn't going to change his view on this.

Though I think the slight debate on how Broad-Minded and to a lesser extent Xenophilia should limit, and to what quantity, going on in the background is quite interesting.
