Yes, that's the way I envision it. It's a Useful Habit.

Only problem is: Is it useful enough?

Huh? I don't remember any such rule. These bonuses don't benefit Skills that Default FROM Skills they benefit, but Voice should definitely benefit a normal Default Singing. It makes no sense otherwise.

If this is what you mean, then I'd say it's probably too easily to abuse, because a lot of what this rule is for is to prevent double-dipping from a Talent or the like.

The idea is that If you have the perk Attendent Modifiers (Performance) Voice, and Performance skill, which gains a bonus from Voice, then the acting default would also enjoy a +2 bonus from voice, although it does not normally do so.

I realize the rule was placed to prevent abuses, but I thought that localizing the perk to individual skills could reign in such potential for point mayhem.

I have some personal experience with this one:

Cold Tolerance 2, Heat Intolerance 1 (must maintain Overweight or worse status).

I know Skinny people who have Cold Intol 1 and Heat Tol 2.

Breakaway Clothing
No matter how durable they are, your clothes will always tear easily at convenient moments.

I'd say yes. It's at least as useful as "you always have a set of gear packed up and ready to go", for example.

If a character is an adventurer-type, and has the Well-Supplied Perk, that might be the case.

Then again, I'd say all characters who realize that they are adventurers should be allowed to have a small travel pack ready and packed, for free.

edit: I realize that I've misunderstood PK's post. Oops. I get it now.

Impressive Sheathe
You may take a ready action to dramatically throw your signature weapon into the air. 2 seconds later it will fall into it's sheath, even if you've moved, or if the room has a low ceiling etc.

Well my favorite perks come from Thaumatology Magical Styles.

1. The idea of Perks being used as Cantrips, why did I not see that before!
2. Psychic Guidance. Great for spell-casters with low DX! Hey my DX 10 Half Orc Wizards knows Ice Dagger spell at 16 and for 1 pt. Psychic Guidance(Ice Dagger) her basic roll to hit is 16
3.Staff Attunement. Any wizards should know that one.

Note! Hey my post is the 500th one! Do I get a price? :P

"Body of Work: you have memorized one book thoroughly, such as The Bible, The Koran, Mein Kampf, etc"

What i'm wondering about this Perk is this: if you have it, why do you need a Religion/Theology skill for the related belief?
