I would convert flight speed over from double move, since a full move with defenses up in GURPS comes closest to that.
300 feet, 100 yds. six second rounds vs 1 second turns so Flight speed 16 and ad a fraction round to 16. Thus a Move of 8. DR as given. (-10% Good to cover the affected by evil. Epic = Cosmic and bypasses normally because that's what cosmic does to non cosmic.) I'm not going to do the full conversion but some recommendations: ST=STR =28 DX= 10 + (DEX-10)/2) (aka DX modifier) = 15 HT= Same numbers using CON in place of DEX) =15 IQ= Same forumula but resulting in a 16 Wisdom 25 is 40 Cp to be spent on things like Intuition, Common Sense Perception, Empathy etc. Charisma 25 is a flat +5 Charisma and another 15 CP in traits that give eaction modifiers of at least +3. +40 HP. Just because it's from D&D and would feel naked without a small mountain of HP. .

A ST of 18 is indeed exceptionnal and realistic. In a realistic campaign, I'd probably allow it but with reduced HP (like HP 15) instead of even more HP. This makes that character very a very strong weightlifter and that can take 1.5 times the amount of punishment a regular man/woman can. But at 24 hp, that 2.4 times the amount of punishment a regular person can take. I'm not sure it would take me more than twice the amount of bullets to kill a weightlifter compared to a regular person. Don't forget also that when you're between 20-29 HP, it now takes you 2 HP of injury to get -1 to DX and IQ rolls for shock, which is pretty amazing. Like I said earlier, I'd allow this with no problem in a cinematic campaign, just not in a realistic one.

(Koran 66, 6) I say 'vaguely' because their close relation with Hell (from a point of view, the Rigour and Majesty of Allah). They don't seem to be concerned at all with demons but with sinners of whatever type, specially humans. So, by D&D 3x alignment standards, they would be "lawful" (even if that entry is unspecified in the d20 SRD for this kind of angel), but today many people would find puzzling to think about them as "good" (indeed specified). Their "Sense of Duty (Allah)" doesn't include "Sense of Duty (humanity)", not at least in the sense people would like to think.
