This is how:

Regeneration (Very Fast) (Magic, -10%; ER Only, -10%; Requires Concentrate, -15%; Recharge at Talent/sec, +X%)

And ER (Special Recharge, -80% )

Basically you have to Concentrate to Gather the Mana then use it or lose it.

Wow. I'm going to have to go over that at some point with books, but it looks like the at least a partial solution to a modeling problem I'd been having.

Sorry, a better way to phrase that would have been FP and HP only.

Well I meant to post those as an example of differentiability in power sources, not as a segway to a thread-jack.

The sorcery is here. Ill post the Wizardry later.
http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread.php?t=62573

The wizardry is Vancian, book studied, IQ driven and dirt Cheap (Wizardry 3 is 7 points). It requires external Power, a Staff and a Grimoir to study out of and Spell slots. Which balances it out.

The Sorcery is Ritual, Limited to 3 colleges, Based on the Avg of IQ and will (to encourage will purchase) and is 'on the fly' flexible. Its a lot broader, a lot more flexible, but 3 colleges is very limiting.

Oh, yes, it actually includes Power-Ups when you do that. And here thought I was being a bit of a rebel and taking liberties but I've been RAW all along!

You can even do that to your third profession so RAW is even more permissive than I would have been on my own :-)

It does raise the question of course: Do ER(Holy) and ER(Magical) recharge in parallel so that if you have Recover Energy-20 (as you should) then you effectively get back 3 energy every 2 minutes if you have expended both FP, ER(H) and ER(M)?

And does ER(Magical, Drains Familiar) 6 count towards the 20-point cap on the ER(Magical) Power-Up?
