I know Munchkin 7 is still on its first printing. Munchkin 5 is on its second, but I'm not in the office to confirm whether or not the errata listed on its page has been fixed yet.

I believe the second printing of Munchkin 5 was October 2008, which makes me think it doesn't have the latest errata corrected, as the errata was apparently added in March 2009.
