Transferral Potion and helper

Only to confirm my own opinion:

It is the combat of player A and player B is helper. Player C plays "Transferral Potion".
Is it right that the helper is not transferred, so player C fights alone and can ask for help. So the card transfers the monsters with all enhancers and played one shots (for the monster side) in addition to the turn for this combat?

You are correct, sir. Everything goes, and the turn belongs to the new player for the duration of combat and its effects.
