New/Custom Perks

I think there's a huge thread about exactly this, give the search function a go and you'll find it in no time. Most perks were comical though, nowadays I think people might come up with some more serious ones.

Also, GURPS Psionic Powers has some more perks, although like Magical Styles, they're sort of niche specific.

Here's one though:

Speedy Alchemist: you can use the Time Spent rules for alchemy, significantly speeding up the process of brewing elixirs for a penalty to skill or using lots of time to offset the penalties for difficult elixirs.
