If you're striking with the back of the hand and your bladed hand is sharpened on the back, it might be possible...but I don't think the second hand would add enough oomph to help. That would take specialized bladed hands (designed for backhand strikes) and probably need extra practice with two-handed strike. I think it's fundamentally a modified weapon plus a new technique.
