Teaching - worth exapnding upon?

Personally I'd go with average of teaching and the actual skill being taught rather if I was setting a ceiling past which teaching is useless. Really great teachers can motivate students to exceed them. Also of course it would be the actual skill being taught based on IQ, not DX even if it's a so-called DX skill.
