New GM with Super Powers Questions

Thanks everyone. My player has dropped the power stealing angle, but the NPC is still going to be a ranged pick pocket. I'm actually sort of surprised at how complicated the NPC build is turning out to be, I'm still planning to do it, but I thing I'll be getting quite the lesson as I go.
