So far it seems people are trying to model the motivation and behaviour using aesthecally proximate disads. In this mode, my thought would be that in addition to general Intolerance of eachother they should have virtually uncontrollable (15-) Bloodlust with the Trigger or Environmental modifier and maybe tack on a 'true Delusion' (Enemy=absolute need to fight to the death).
An alternative is to simply model the behaviour with the best generic fit and let the motivation be a special effect, i.e. Duty (Always): Fight enemy on sight.
