I think the rule for stacking Super Luck is in Powers. I could also be horribly wrong.

As a GM, I'd rather suggest Sex Appeal.

re the OP, I might be willing to allow a Perk for a single skill, assuming the game was cinematic and the character had sufficient prereqs (such as TbaM).
