"Transcendent". It's interesting to know. I think Cosmic is OK, anyway, and the term has connotations of potency, power and coolness.

Coolness indeed, it's catchy.

It's interesting to see how much thought every little tiny bit of GURPS got, kudos.

Personally, I'd just have gone with "That's No Ordinary Power!, +50%" for comic value alone.
