If you take a quote out of context, you can make it say anything. . . What you are quoting is a statement about a bonus that says, "+x against A and B," where if A or B is in the combat, the bonus applies once, as opposed to "+x against A and B, +2x against both."
I consider the wording of Squidzilla testament of the squeamishness of Elves and the disgustingness of Squidzilla that
