An interesting way to scale them down would be to significantly reduce the gauntlents-or eliminate them entirely...particularly for beginning GURPS players it can be good to point out the benefits of tactics, aiming for hit locations, feinting, etc etc.

Interesting - I like it. Just goes to show the subtleties of combat in GURPS.

Also the DR for skull and neck should be seperate values. There is a natural DR 2 for the skull so it should be DR 6/4

Maybe, for indexing purposes, each adventure can have its own thread. Else I can easily see this thread getting 100+ pages. :-)

Nice work, too. If I go back to DF I''ll surely adapt some D&D classics.
