I do agree with the both of you.
My point is that if they could do this and sell at a Gencon or other major gaming event, people will pay through the nose for limited edition stuff, and odds are it will sell out.
Also they could keep a half a dozen copies, sign them and E-bay the critters. I could easily see someone coughing up two hundred bucks. Not many, but enough for say six limited signed editions.
Shoot, does anyone remember how much the final bid was when SJG E-bayed the working notes for 4th edition? I just remember it was a heck of a lot more than $49.99.
