Wrong timeline -- the points for oaths version was about three back, along with the one where Yves was a little old granny by default, and we still had Crocell.
(More seriously, it sounds like a house rule, or maybe a logical extension of how GURPS IN treats Oaths (Code of Honor); enough oaths in a coherent style might qualify as a higher-level CoH.)
