I floated the JP Holland, a stealth commerce raider, recently.

Also, the TL11 Small Craft you've got linked are definitely TL11^, given their reactionless drives.

Both of those are two-stage designs. The first description does not make this clear, and the second implies that the design has more than two stages. Please look into updating those descriptions at some point.

You might also want to include the suggestion that the TL8 design is potentially underpowered (at 8.61 mps), and that it is meant to lift an upper stage 3 size classes smaller (i.e. SM+5 for an SM+8 system).

Absolutely not!

I wrestled, but decided in the end to refrain from commentary on the designs. I think some of them are dubious, and some people think that mine are dubious. Best not to set myself up as an arbiter. Especially as it would lead to this thread getting flooded with argument. Though of course I am happy to comment on others' designs in their own threads.

Depending on how detailed you want the descriptions to be, you could also mention that both my designs are crewed orbital lifters meant to be re-used (again and again and again, with potentailly relatively little prep time), rather than un-manned "booster stages".

I have tried to get at the idea succinctly by reclassifying them as 'ferries' rather than 'boosters'. Is that satisfactory?

I think that might work.

There are other versions of the BSG ships (including Raptor and Viper), Enterprise NX01, TS Steptoe, Traveller Scouts, traders, Tigress, etc on this forum. Also some grav vehicles using scaled down spaceships. Search for "[Spaceships]" and "Gurps Spaceships in use" amongst others.

I have some of the designs suitable for TS on my site at http://www.transhuman.talktalk.net/t....html#4Escraft. I believe these craft are also on the forums, somewhere...
