Default Re: In Nomine Fantasia

I did a short-lived GURPS IN Yrth crossover (banestorm + Vapulans + Fate = angels and a few NPC demons tossed into Yrth... in the middle of a bunch of "dark" elves... who became allies to the angels after an attempt to banish one resulted in a 111 and a religious experience on the part of the elf mage...).

I believe my plans were to make spells low-disturbance or no disturbance (it's been years, argh!), and Songs would override them easily. Magic was based on fatigue/mana, Songs on Essence, etc.

They never did meet a summoned demon -- I was probably going to freak them out for a while, and then make them more equivalent to potent ethereals. Which would freak them because "ethereals can't have celestial images!!!" *evil grin*

I agree that Jean could hold steady, and either he's still Mr. Logic and the electrical force that holds the universe together, or he's Mr. Cold Thunderbolt... Vapula might be Tech still, or he might go to Prince of Alchemy (that being an excellent source of Things That Go Boom).

(http://www.sjgames.com/pyramid/sample.html?id=5224 has the sample paragraphs from Merchildren of Cain; hopefully it's enough to get some ideas from, even if one's not a Pyrasubscriber?)
