I meant printing out paper models made for square grids and replaceing the floors with clear plastic. Support plus you can place the models on a blank a hex map.

But then models made for hex maps in the first place would be cooler for GURPS.

Yeah I suppose you could do that. It would have to be fairly thick to make sure it did not bend or crease.

The only problem you would get is overlapping of some hexes. Otherwise it would work just fine I'd imagine.

Now I'm trying to leave a clear path of unobstructed hexes, does that matter to everyone, I figured it did but then I could be wrong.
