Default Munchkin Bobblehead - Whose roll is it, anyway?

I've got a quick question on the Munchkin Bobblehead rules, and decided to make a new thread. The old thread went down the path of insanity. ;)

Quote:
Special Munchkin Bobble-Buddy Rule: If your Munchkin bobblehead is in the room where it can see the game, then once per game, you may reroll one die.
Let's say I reroll an opponent's die roll with my Bobblehead. Is this roll now considered to be my roll, or still my opponents? For example, who can target my Bobblehead's reroll with the Loaded Die card?

Quote:
Loaded Die: Play after you roll the die, for any reason. Change the roll to the number you want. Usable once only.
Does this mean that if I reroll my opponent's roll with my Bobblehead, am I the one who can use Loaded Die on it? If my opponent wants to change the Bobblehead's reroll, he would have to use Reloaded Die since Reloaded changes the result of a die that an opponent just rolled?

I'm pretty sure that I have this right, but it has just enough insanity to it that I wanted to double-check.

Thanks!
