Yes, but that sort of healing works nothing like regeneration. It's usually fast, sporadic, and requires effort like Healing. It's not something that happens steadily in the background like Regeneration.

On the plus side, I've been thinking I need to rejuvenate my VtR conversion. I hadn't realized how dated it was until I started reading over it again...
