G'day

I'm starting this thread as a place to lodge notes on people, institutions, places, and things in the 9,401 adventure, for quick and easy reference without having to search the OOC thread. Please help to keep this thread as succinct, informative, and compact as possible. In-character postings belong on 9,401 an SF thriller, and out-of-character queries, quips, and comments belong on [OOC] 9,401: an SF thriller.
