What happens when this card has effects on me (and i have a class) and a lose or change my class card is played on me? or what if i play a class card? or i meet such a monster whose ability ( e. g. dryad), or bad stuff has effects on my class (e.g. amazon)?

The card says "Until then, you are a classless Human for all purposes.".
Thus I assume that nothing happens in those situations.

Except for the playing a Class and/or Race card.
As a classless Human you should be able to play a a Class card, which you would then immediatly forget. hmmm.
I'd say that for the duration of the curse, you can't play Race or Class cards.
I assume that Erik will know better.

Yes, that's how I would handle it.

It's not so much a matter as knowing better as how I would handle it. You still can't have more than one Class or Race card in play, so you wouldn't be able to play a new Class or Race card without discarding the one you already have in play, but yes, you would immediately forget your new Class or Race. So, for simplicity's sake, you'd probably not want to play new Races or Classes.

Does the curse still effect you if you have no race or class when it hits you, or does it just go away since you already had none? Example: Curse, Lose the item that gives you the biggest bonus. I have no items thus the curse doesn't effect me. Or is this one different because it's one that lasts "until (x criteria is met)"?

No, it still affects you. If you get a new race while the curse is affecting you, you forget that one (too). The comparison to "lose an item" doesn't fit well, because that is a permanent loss. You still get to keep your race/class with this curse, they just don't have any affect. More kind of like an item with Cursed Thingy.
