Along with a kukri; you need double the Ethnic Cool to take down Dracula. One because he's a vampire, one because he's a legend from even before that.

An alternative version is to just treat something like a bowie knife as an excuse for weapon bond. Also a reasonable implementation of most type of gun customization; again, the vast majority of customizations (even some that GURPS officially gives a modifier) are or should be below the resolution of the system.
