Cheers! I'm new to the game and loving it.

I read this forum quickly and have a few questions.

Is vassal used often for Car Wars? I was on earlier today. The lobby was empty.

The opentools link to a vehicle designer doesn't work. Are there any vehicle designers that are not excel based? I'm a mac guy using Numbers or Google Sheets.

What questions would you hope a new player would ask as they start playing?

In the past, SJG has ruthlessly pogromed any vassal modules that include any of the official counters or maps; I've got vassal, but never used it for CW.
