"Is it a big ask tho? I mean, My guy did help me get your three guys home, so it seems pretty fair to get my three guys home."

"The fact that he's asking means you have a problem, but granting it solves it. Making a deal with him to get off world is in the interest of keeping your secrets, since he already has suspicions and has some clues on where to start his own investigation. He totally gets that this getting out would cause chaos, so he's not inclined to let that happen, but he may cause trouble for you by poking around looking into it on his own if he doesn't feel like he has it covered. And that's with no malice intended, y'know what I mean? He's got a dragon to deal with before he goes, so we may want to help him with that just to move things along.

"Granting it solves it. I wonder if it does. You say he can already jump between worlds? Do you have proof of that?"

"For me?"

Peter cocks his head a bit, as if not understanding her for a moment while that processed.

"His pantheon is at war with duplicates and a dragon or something, and the people of his worlds are suffering and I just want it to end. I've been using my dream walking to act as an emissary between the people and their gods, and have been getting caught up deeper in their war."

"So he's recruited you as a soldier or agent, because you are invested in this war. Even soldiers need pay. Is that coming?"

Later, At the Mages Guild....

Peter thanks Farah warmly for all her help.

Peter approaches the man, extends his hand and introduces himself.

"Hello Ravalen. My name is Peter, I have what I'm told is an unusual a sense for magic, which is why I can tell you you feel like you have some kind of a body alteration thing going on right now, And if you look at my Aura, you're gonna see I have that BME, Big Mage Energy. I had a couple of lessons and I'd like to learn more, and Farah thinks we may be a good match."

Peter leans to the right a bit and waves to Farah past Ravalen.

"Can we talk? I promise to impress you if you give me the chance."

He reacts subtly when Peter says he's got a body alteration thing on, but makes no comment on it until the end.


"Farah reccomended me to you? Interesting. I suppose I'll read you Aura then... Oh, I see --- That... is something else. I've never seen someone like you before. Your training is short, yes? because you've recently been Banestormed?"


"How could you tell I have a body spell on? what else can you tell me about it?"


"Farah is right, I've been looking for an apprentice with potential. Are you willing to travel with me? Who is your Guardian?"
