Peter thinks about Bryan, the dreamer Detective Barnes told him about who might still be out there... he tried to find him in his dreams once before, he decides to try again now. Maybe he's here, and Peter couldn't pick up on him through the 'sargasso'.

He doesn't get anything about Bryan.

He will see alss try to see if his Visions can seek out the dragon that is Ink Thur's quarry and get them a clue to it's whereabouts.

He dreams of a dry brown mountain range with occasional white tips.

And finally, he will see if he can hone back in in Ink Thur. He can see what he's up to, or report if they re able to communicate.

Ink Thur is getting a good night's rest in a nice bed. Zooming out, he's in a town where the river meets the ocean. Peter is unable to start the communication. At least not through his dream this way.
