Default Re: One-handed reloading of a pistol crossbow?

For anyone else who's still interested, I've found something close to an official ruling. In Tactical Shooting, under "Perks" on p.39, it is said that "non-combat firearm drills that normally require two hands", explicitly including reloading, can be done one-handed in three times the ordinary time (where they are possible at all), which can be reduced to double the ordinary time by taking a perk. I think, in the absence of anything definitive, that I will borrow this for the crossbow (and assume that the reduced drawing strength of a single arm can be compensated for with judicious use of the legs in that extra time, plus a certain amount of help from the stump of the other hand). Thank you all for your giving me your thoughts on this.
