In the PDF of Hexagram #13 I just received, the intro by Steve Jackson has the line...

And here’s a plug for a very useful tool. Remember the “Hex Flowers” article from Hexagram #13?

This is Hexagram #13 -- I need to go back through my collection and check to see which issue this article was from... but it is not in the current issue.
