The material for the charms is likely only useful against Stripes, not wings or fireball... but she does have a charm on her from wings still.

In either case, watches will be assigned to guard over the prisoners. Anoras will make sure people know to not mistreat the prisoners.

Mistreatment is confined to harshly shouted commands. Watches are set.
