DFRPG Adventurer's Book, Page 19 Question

Under Cleric, Disadvantages, Honesty
Help me understand what this means:

"Disadvantages: One of Honesty (12) [-10]...

No other listing for any other profession that has Honesty in it's modular block uses the (12), so I'm wondering what it means here. There isn't anything in the text on Honesty indicating what it is for. I went back and cross-referenced BS as well. It isn't "page 12" as that part of the book is on movement and Encumbrance. Probably something obvious I have missed. Thanks!
