Warlock Knight - Maps & Counters

Received my WK in the mail a bit ago.

It didn’t come with punch out or cut-out counters. I just got the module itself.
I have plenty of options here at home to substitute although i guess I’ll have to scrounge around as i meet an enemy so I don’t read through the text.

Just wondering what others are using for their counters and also, are you using a generic map or photocopying the maps in the booklet. Or just using the maps as given.
