Yes, move and attack is appropriate here, as is the extra effort version that doesn't give -4. No need to explicitly slam.

If you put Rajat through the window without going through yourself that removes the encumbrance penalty from DX

Serindipity... Easiest way to use serindipity is to declare a bigger window, I suppose. That could give a +4 on all the rolls to get through it... in which case Leon make is through his window, and then Peter gets a chance to take Rajat through that window with the "grab and move plan"
