Notes: Represents someone who has been in a lot of dangerous situations and knows how to act in combat.
I've added it. And uploaded.

Can't quite remember where I got the phrase "Outlaw" for Code of Honor. I may have been thinking it sounded more generic than Pirate but it's basically the Pirate's Code of Honor. Blame Walton Goggins in Justified.
Its a fine convention. In GCS it makes the list of custom traits for this project.

For Outcast, I thought Subjugated was a little extreme for a PC but you could add that to the options.
When I look at this project it screams "Make Detailed NPCs Quickly*!". Subjegated can come or go. Right now its in.

The "Outcast" was a way of handling the Pariah - a professional lens defined more by Disadvantages than skills or Advantages.
Which would be why Outcast didn't come with "Subjugated": you're not a outcast rejected from society if you're subjugated, you have a very narrowly and cruely defined place in it.

Note that the Power Ups and Disadvantage lenses are much more of a rough draft. I'm not surprised you're finding problems.

I am very open to suggestions for Power Ups and Disadvantage lenses.
I think the Veteran upgrade could use a lot more than fearless and leadership options. Increased ST, HT, Will, or Per all feel justified, as does Less Sleep, Fit, High Pain Threshold, Extra FP, Enhanced Block and Military Rank. Skills wouldn't go amiss either, though I do get that power-up templates are usually advantage based.

I added in an option for Smiths to be Redsmiths (copper) or Whitesmiths (Tin & Lead.) If I can think of more secondary skills that would be appropriate I'll add them.

Very helpful to get them all down. A lot of people have put in a lot of work over the years.

A probably final addendum to this thread. In a fit of boredom, I decided to create a slimmed down 10 points GURPS Historical Folks skill set list. Basically, the previous skill sets minus Advantages and with a few skills trimmed off.
