The Pentagon suspects use of microwave weapons against diplomatic staff in Havana, and the Chinese are believed to have used them against Indian troops in 2020.
The LA County Jail has one.
I don't see a lot of articles about their actual use, probably because various entities are reluctant to talk about torturing people with microwave weapons as a deterrent.
It looks like the Pentagon has been studying how heavy clothing might affect its performance, so I don't know if we will see a lot of infantry use any time soon.
